Zambian Government Adopts XVD Espresso HD for Distance Learning Initiative
The Zambian government has initiated an e-learning program with the goal of providing high quality, affordable education to all its citizens. As a first step, the Zambian government has created an unprecedented link between the University of Zambia and Copperbelt University using the XVD Espresso HD videoconferencing system that will allow virtual knowledege transfer between the two institutions. Meanwhile, Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation has simultaneously adopted XVD broadcasting technology.
